Angela Deem and Michael Ilesanmi, stars of the hit reality series 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, appeared in an earlier season of the show and are back to continue sharing their love story with fans. The pair appeared in season 2 of Before the 90 Days, and although the two made their engagement official, Angela still had doubts about her future with Michael when the season ended.
However, the couple had a rocky path to happiness; their problems, which have been extensively documented in the show, have made viewers wonder if the two are still together or whether they have gone their own way since filming was completed.
This is what we know about the current relationship status of Angela and Michael:
The Two Met Online & Immediately Hit it Off Before Angela Flew to Nigeria to Meet Michael in Person
Angela and Michael met online while Angela worked as a hospice care assistant in Hazlehurst, Georgia. The couple quickly fell in love via social media before Angela booked a flight to visit him in Nigeria, despite warnings from her friends and family that Michael was scamming her. Michael is a big fan of President Donald Trump and has said that he wants to be a successful businessman, just like his idol, so Angela’s friends were worried that he would just use her to get his American visa and live in the US Start US
Despite several arguments and issues of trust between the two, including a big fight when Angela accused Michael of emptying her bank account, she was determined to marry her Nigerian beau, and the two started the process of applying for a K-1 marital visa while planning their wedding. According to Reality TV World, Angela said she felt “appreciated and wanted.”
The Two Are Still Together Today & Hope to Start a Family
Earlier this year in May, Angela confirmed that the couple were still together, engaged and would return for season 3 of Before the 90 Days, according to Reality TV World. Michael also places numerous photos of the two together on his Instagram account, often with funny captions such as “she is so beautiful and looks like an angel to me” and “forever and one more day”.
“We’re getting married! We’re filming now for 90 days! He’s coming here [to the United States],” Angela recently told a fan, according to In Touch Weekly. When asked if Michael has finally started ‘doing good’ in recent months, Angela replied ” Yes girl, I just have to feed him some chicken and behind closed doors he no longer talks. “
The reality stars hope to start a family in the near future, although they need a donor egg for that. In a recent 90-day episode, Angela asked her daughter Skyla to be their donor, and although Skyla was not so enthusiastic about the idea, she told her mother that she would consider donating an egg if Michael got his act together.
