During a January 19 confrontation, Martson threw a fire extinguisher through Smith’s window. She admitted this in an Instagram Q&A session with 90 Day Fiance blogger John Yates in June.

Martson claimed that Smith had brought her son’s Playstation when he moved, but they made a plan for her to pick it up. She received an SMS with her that she could. When she arrived, Smith refused to let her take it.

On June 19, Martson was accused of simple mistreatment and criminal disaster, according to court reports from Cumberland County.
On July 25, AfterBuzz TV spoke to West Shore’s regional police chief, who said that Martson had been charged this week. Martson also wanted to sue Smith for the incident, but he hasn’t been yet.
If convicted of the criminal charge, Ashley Martson should pay fines and a refund. The attack is subject to a heavier penalty, including a possible fine of $ 5,000 and a maximum of two years in prison.
A preliminary hearing was scheduled for August 28.
Martson applied for a second divorce from Smith in April, but Martson claims that Smith refused to sign the paperwork.

Smith may not be confronted before the January 19 incident, but he’s in trouble. He is reportedly in danger of being deported back to Jamaica.
