Throughout the season, many fans had asked via social media why he would not return with his ex-fiancee, whom he said they were never suitable and better suited to be friends in the beginning. The two, already co-parent Veronica’s daughter, Chloe, together and have worked out a system. The reality star said that if he ever came back with Veronica, he would be very surprised because they were nine years old, so they tried to make it work.

Veronica was not the most supportive of her best friend who left the United States to go to Columbia to meet Tarazona. The couple’s relationship was rocky to say the least and on Sunday, October 13, viewers of the episode watched Malcolm Tarazona present a ring that he had originally given to Veronica. Almost every fan shouted at their TV not to tell the hot head that he was an upcycled diamond ring, but he did not heed the warning and Tarazona defied the ring. Veronica himself questioned the couple about their lack of sex life during a FaceTime call that made Tarazona very upset. It was clear to fans that Veronica was trying to irritate Tarazona and it seemed to have worked.

Although fans are unclear where the relationship between Malcolm and Tarazona will end after she threw the ring back at him, it seems that Malcolm may have to take the time to decide if she wants to marry her because they fight so often.
