90 Day Fiance: Is Evelin Villegas Banned From Entering The United States?

Last year, rumours about Corey Rathgeber and Evelin Villegas spread online. One source told Soap Dirt that Corey and Evelin had been married for years. They claimed that Corey and Evelin lied for money. Evelin finally confirmed this information on the September 12 episode of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way. She told her sisters that she and Corey have been married for over a year.

In addition, a source told the publication that Evelin Villegas is banned from entering the United States. Allegedly, this is because Evelin does not abide by the temporary visa guidelines. The insider claimed that Evelin Villegas’s visa expired while she was waiting for her husband’s visa to be approved.

They claim that Evelin overstayed her visa while in Washington. When she left to go back to Ecuador, immigration pulled her aside to investigate. During the search, they found evidence that she had been working illegally while in the US.

In Corey Rathgeber and Evelin Villegas’s debut episode, they lived in Washington with his family. Evelin said she never wanted to live in America and headed back to Ecuador. She told Corey that if she wanted to continue their relationship, she would have to move to her hometown in Enabao.

With the news that Evelin and Corey Rathgeber are married, fans are wondering if what the insider said about Evelin’s immigration status is true. On her Instagram, Corey answered some fan questions about her story.

One fan asked Corey Rathgeber, “Is it true Evelyn [sic] has to stay out of the USA for 10 years?”. The 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way star replied: “Absolutely not. That is another false rumor.” She may have put an end to that rumour, for now. But how much can the public trust them?
