It has not been an easy time for 90 Day Fiancé stars Jay Smith and Ashley Martson. The duo still goes through a bitter divorce following a false scandal that Martson still seems to haunt to this day – she claimed to be so distraught about everything Smith did to her during their wedding that she had to find a wellness retreat.
Meanwhile, Jay Smith has his own story. Now that he no longer has an ICE detention, he claims that Ashley Martson was also trying to cheat. In addition, Smith’s sister made inflammatory claims about Ashley, suggesting that she was cheating on Smith with a sugar uncle while they were getting married, and that she was setting up the infidelity scandal that led to their divorce.
The barbershop scandal
Jay Smith and Ashley Martson were married in Las Vegas, where their honeymoon was short-lived. Not long after their 90-day fiance wedding, Martson Smith caught Tinder and talked to other women. She was understandably angry and applied for a divorce. However, she took it back shortly thereafter and the two stayed together.
Martson later discovered that Smith had deceived her – and that he had done so in the bathroom of a barber shop where he had worked. Martson phoned the other woman on the phone and found that she did not yet know that Smith was married.
During the phone call, the woman told Martson that she had met Smith at a cookout in 2018. She said she was going to get a tattoo from Smith, and that’s where things got intense. “I entered the barber shop and got me ready to starting the tattoo, and he was a bit like he touched me, stroked a little and then friendly one thing from just leading to another. We went to the bathroom and had sex, “she said.
“She wasn’t happy they showed her photo on the show and I totally agree. She didn’t know he was married. She was innocent in the situation,” Martson said.
Jay Smith’s sister claims setup
Now Jay Smith’s sister claims he was founded by Ashley Martson. Smith’s sister, who goes to Poochie, says that Martson called her after the scandal.
Poochie claims that “[Ashley] called me right after he told me that the show had set it up. And Jay was so scared and stupid and fell right into the trap! “
Poochie made other inflammatory comments about Martson who wrote on her Instagram story: “… he wanted a big black D and she wanted to stay on the show and she couldn’t live without him,”
Poochie also claimed that the 90 Day Fiancé star had a sugar uncle during her marriage to Smith. She wrote: “How could my brother be happy when he found out you go to DELAWARE every Tuesday to f *** an old man for $ 1,000.”
Jay Smith says Ashley Martson tried to cheat
Now Jay Smith claims that Ashley Martson was also trying to cheat. During the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? tell all the final, Smith was confronted with his two hair stylist colleagues, and neither party seemed excited to see the other.
Smith began to claim that one of the friends, Michael, was trying to “make contact with [his] girl.” He claimed that Martson had shown him text messages that Michael had sent her in the past. Michael and Martson were stunned and denied the allegations.
“We’ve never had anything going on,” said Martson.
Michael said to Smith, “Jay, stop talking like you’re tough, man.” Then Smith left the set.
Whether or not Martson Smith has cheated, it is as if the pot calls the kettle black. And it does not exactly free Smith’s behavior in any way.
