90 Day Fiance star Paola Mayfield is dedicated to her fitness and health, recently taking part in an eight-day bike challenge and daily cold water plunges. She shared her workout routine on her Super Pao Fit Team Instagram page, which showed her starting with a scoop of Women’s Best pre-workout before participating in an interactive cycling workout on her ProForm stationary bike in her Florida home’s solarium.

After 90 minutes of cardio, she took a dip in her pool, which was at a temperature of 59 degrees, before doing a post-workout shake and another dip in the cold water. Cold-plunging is believed to aid in exercise recovery, relieve pain, and improve mood.
