Laura, a 51-year-old retired mother who moved from FLorida to Qatar to be with Aladin, a 29-year-old personal trainer, went to Instagram on Sunday to share some big news.
“Ok thirsty women and you all say we are divorced! We are not divorced, we are together and we love each other very much!” Laura recorded a selfie of the couple on the beach in which they both laughed big.
“Aladdin deleted my photos because he got sick and it was tired of you all putting me down. I’m so thirsty women, but aladdin is my husband … I love him he loves me so let us enjoy it already of our lives. “
Laura then added at the end of her message: “We have a muffin in the oven!”
However, it is not clear whether Laura carries the child herself or if a surrogate is involved.
90 Day Fiance Alum David Toborowsky responded under Laura’s post: “Enjoy your life and live it your way.”
“Thank you David!” Laura replied on Instagram, to which David repeated: “Welcome and congratulations.”
Laura also explained in her Instagram post why there have been several spellings for the name of Aladin.
“It is actually Aladdine, but he prefers only Aladdin and yes 2 dd’s,” Laura confirmed, although TLC has billed her husband as Aladin.
Laura certainly does not seem to worry about spoilers or confidentiality agreements, given that 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way‘s debut season – which has shown that Laura is trying to adapt to life in Qatar with Aladin – is not yet finished with TLC!
During a recent episode of 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way, Laura showed how great Aladin seemed to be around children.
Because Aladin wants to become a father someday, Laura said in the episode that she would be willing to try for a baby because she loved him, although welcoming a baby would be a “trial” for them.
It might be a surprise to fans that Laura and Aladin are still together, because Laura claimed that Aladin had cheated on her last month.
At that time, Laura called Aladin “disgusting” on social media and seemed to suggest that the 90 Day Fiance couple had split up.
Laura also seemed to explain why she had stopped Aladin and wrote to a fan: “If he ceases to respect me by cheating with other women, that’s how.”
And when Aladin’s brother Mohamed held an Instagram Live session, Laura commented on publicly poor mouth Aladin several times.
“These women must stop being so thirsty about 2 married men,” wrote Laura. “Mouhammed is married. And Aladin too. “
Laura, who clearly referred to her own marriage, then wrote: “Aladin, you are just as thirsty as your wives! [You are] disgusting.”
Polygamy, however, is legal in Qatar and apparently men can have up to four women legally.
As shown in a 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way episode broadcast last month, Aladin’s boss told Laura that men don’t even have to tell their first wives or choose to marry again.
Aladin’s boss said “it depends” on the man and whether he wants to share his intentions or not.
But Laura said she would never approve of Aladin going behind her back and seeing another woman.
“Perhaps it is perfectly justifiable in Aladin’s mind that he can do this [and has several wives]. I really want to make sure that he is the man I thought he was,” Laura said in a confessional.
However, Laura seemed to be walking back by posting sweet photos and comments about her husband in the following days.
Despite their enormous age difference, Laura and Aladin married on paper nine days after their meeting.
The couple hoped for a fairytale life together once Laura arrived in Qatar, but it started badly when Laura took a vibrator to Tunisia – a movement that Aladin considered disrespectful and offensive.
Despite the fact that she encountered some bumps on the road, including Laura’s homesickness and her disapproving son Liam, she and Aladin are planning to continue a traditional three-day wedding in the hometown of Aladin in Tunisia on the series.
