90 Day Fiancé fans were recently disappointed but largely not surprised by a development in Caesar Mack’s story about the show. Mack, a self-described romantic, has been striving for Ukrainian beauty with the name Maria for the past five years. The kicker is that they have never met in person.
Mack’s friends and colleagues have all expressed concern about the relationship. Mack has been sending Maria money for a long time, and they were afraid he was being catfished. Everything came to a head during a recent trip to Mexico, when Mack was dumped. Now his future in the show remains unclear.
Sending money to Maria
Caesar Mack originally met Maria online through an international dating service called Anastasia Date. According to Caesar Mack , those who use the website can spend money to send gifts to women they are interested in. Caesar Mack admitted that he had spent $ 450 to send Maria flowers and a card.
However, that is not the only money that the 90 Day Fiancé star has spent on Maria. Caesar Mack has even revealed that he is sending Maria $ 800 a month. Mack estimates that he has sent Maria about $ 40,000 so far – that is not a meager sum and it seems as if it has affected Mack’s quality of life, as seen in his barely furnished apartment.
What’s more, Caesar Mack has spent money on various attempts to see Maria. He has bought her plane tickets and usually loses the money when Maria cancels the trip for some reason.
Caesar Mackclaims that he is just a hopeless romantic. “I learned to do nails from my ex-girlfriend. She was my sweetheart in high school, we went out for thirteen years and when we parted, I was deeply sad. But I am still a hopeless romantic. It is very important for me to have someone who is my soulmate. Someone with whom I can walk to the beach, live my life and actually live our life in a kind of dream land, “said the 90 Day Fiancé star.
Mack gets dumped
Unfortunately it is getting worse for Caesar Mack. The self-proclaimed romantic took a $ 2,000 loan from his boss to buy Maria a trip to Mexico, where he planned to meet the two. Caesar Mack even hoped to be able to introduce Maria when she arrived.
