90 Day Fiancé's Yara Zaya Opens Up About Struggles with Insomnia and Anxiety

Yara Zaya, one of the stars of the hit reality show 90 Day Fiancé, recently took to social media to open up about her struggles with insomnia and anxiety. The Ukrainian-born reality TV personality shared that her sleep and anxiety issues are impacting her personal and professional life, making her feel “useless” and unable to give her loved ones and work the attention they deserve.

Yara Zaya, who is married to Jovi Dufren, also a 90 Day Fiancé alum, and has a daughter named Mylah, said that their hectic travel schedule, which has taken them to six different countries with their two-year-old daughter, is contributing to her exhaustion. However, she also stated that her struggles go beyond fatigue, and that she is struggling with insomnia and anxiety, which are affecting her ability to work and care for her family.

According to Yara, her mind won’t shut down even when she’s exhausted, and she finds herself constantly thinking about work. She shared that she has been trying to reach out to her psychologist for help, but he hasn’t responded to her messages. She joked that this just shows how many problems she has, even her psychologist doesn’t want to work with her.

While Yara Zaya didn’t elaborate on why she believes her mother is responsible for her issues, she did acknowledge that her childhood experiences may be a contributing factor. The reality star is hoping to get her sleep and anxiety issues under control before they become more serious, as they are impacting her ability to function both personally and professionally.

Insomnia and anxiety are common issues that affect millions of people worldwide. Insomnia, in particular, is the most common sleep disorder, and it can be triggered by a variety of factors, including stress, anxiety, jet lag, shift work, or drinking alcohol or caffeine before bed. Anxiety, on the other hand, can be caused by a range of factors, including stress, trauma, and genetic factors.

There are several treatments available for both insomnia and anxiety, including counseling, medication, and lifestyle changes. Yara Zaya is taking steps to address her issues and has expressed her intention to seek professional help to get her sleep and anxiety under control.
