In the past week, Adele apparently had a lot of fun in New York. First she was spotted with Jennifer Lawrence in the village and now the patrons spotted the fifteen Grammy winners who danced in Beyoncé in the Boom Boom Room. Although the singer “Set Fire to the Rain” comes loose a few times, that does not mean that her visit to New York is all about playing. It seems that the 30-year-old singer might be in town to record new music.
It’s been a while since we’ve seen Adele
Adele has not been seen for a while. In fact, it was almost five years ago that she dropped her last album, 25, and about two years after she finished the last part of her world tour. To her great honor, Adele informed everyone that she would take a break after the tour. Forced to cancel various shows due to vocal cord damage, the singer needed some rest and relaxation.

When she finished the American part of her world tour, she told the fans that she would be back in a few years, and true to her word it was a few years ago. However, the London-based singer has been working hard at home, writing and collaborating with local musicians to compile her next album.
Will Adele’s new album be named for her age?
Unlikely, the singer admits. Adele seems happy to enter a new phase in her life and with that a whole new album title should come. According to Billboard, she is ready to delete the numbered naming now that she is entering her thirties. The album names never reflected her age at the release of the album. The British singer was 20 when 19 was released, 23 when 21 fell, and 27 when 25 debuted to the world.
While Adele gladly told everyone that her fourth album would not be numbered, she stopped sharing the album’s title. Maybe the singer doesn’t know herself yet. Fans will have to wait until Christmas 2019 to find out. That is the moment when the fourth album is said to fall.
Why does Adele wait so long to release new music?
Fans of the “Hello” singer are always waiting for new music. Unlikely other musicians, Adele deliberately avoids releasing an album every year. According to the New York Times, the 30-year-old singer writes much of her music and her emotions are heavily wrapped in every song. Because of the passion in the writing process, it takes longer than most that Adele compiles an album.
According to Consequence of Sound, an artist takes between two and three years to release a full album. The duration seems fairly standard in all genres of music, but some artists, such as Adele, tend to stretch the timeline, especially if their music wants to evoke more profound emotions. The London resident also has a reason to take her time; she has grueling internship anxiety. When he had packed the last tour, Adele thought it would probably be her last. The stage fright has not gotten better and it is reported that she spends the majority of her sets with complete anxiety attacks on stage.
