Former bachelor-villain became bachelor-detective and all-round human GIF generator Demi Burnett knows how to have fun – and gets a lot of screen time. In this exclusive preview of the premiere of Season 6 of Bachelor in Paradise, Demi in Mexico begins a spontaneous spa session with Derek Peth (season 12 of The Bachelorette, season 4 of Bachelor in Paradise).
“I’m ready to find someone who’s ready to have a relationship,” Demi explains. “And I enjoy exploring.” She is so good at telling the action, Demi then gives the producers a handy suggestion for the editing: “Flash to me in the hot tub with Derek, Frenching.”
Although the extended season 6 teases that Demi makes contact with a female participant later in the season, she seems perfectly satisfied on the first evening to give Derek’s lips a test drive. “I feel good when I’m around him,” she says. “Derek is a good kisser, and I love it.”
Bachelor in Paradise season 6 premieres Monday, August 5 at 8:00 PM ET on ABC.
