Captain Sandy explained that she did not inform Captain Lee before firing Camille Lamb, as he was recovering from surgery and she did not want to bother him.

However, Captain Lee felt that the move was disrespectful. Captain Sandy has attempted to reach out to Captain Lee to understand why he feels this way, but he has not answered her calls.
