Dancing with the Stars: Some DWTS Celebrities Change Their Routines Beforehand

Dancing with the Stars turns out to be a great show, and not just for entertainment. The celebrities often get away with new skills that they can then use in their lives. Stars like Ally Brooke find DWTS excellent for their health at the same time.

While she is at the top of the rankings, the singer shares that she is healthier than she has ever been. The intensive rehearsals helped her to lose weight and train at the same time.

Some celebrities will change their diet or fitness routine before they start rehearsals. They want to prepare for the dance competition, even though it is normal to feel better about themselves. Brooke didn’t do that. In an interview with Women’s Day the 26-year-old singer shared that she has not changed anything. She wanted to take part in the competition in a fresh and new way, instead of wearing herself out before starting the rehearsal part.

The DWTS leader shared in an Instagram message that she lost 10 pounds during the debilitating dance training. Although that may not sound much to some, the American singer is already so small that losing another 10 pounds is noticeable. However, she certainly does not look sick. One of the greatest benefits of losing weight through a good diet and exercise is that the muscles become stronger at the same time.

Ally Brooke Figures Out What Works for Her

Ally Brooke also worked on what works for her during rehearsals. She has discovered that she eats a good, healthy breakfast one morning before training for DWTS, allowing her to perform better during rehearsals. The singer has the right energy to concentrate and lasts longer during training. This means that she has a better chance of a great performance at night.

There are still days when she will get some sweet treats, but she is trying to start the morning with oatmeal and bananas, or some other healthy carbohydrates with some fruit. Then more fruit during the day helps her to keep her energy level high.

After all, it’s not just about Dancing with the Stars. Brooke now releases more music, which certainly keeps her busy. However, it is nothing she regrets. All the hard work certainly bears fruit, both in terms of health and career. One thing Brooke wants to insure is that her work is fun. The moment that it is not, is the moment that she takes a step back.
