The episode of the BBC soap last night seemed to suggest that Honey developed food problems during dinner with the Ahmeds.
She struggled to eat something after she had awkwardly prepared a family meal with her love rival.
At one point, Adam even commented on her lack of appetite, and showed viewers that it was no coincidence that Honey could not eat.
When Adam then took the phone out of the room, Honey saw himself worried about who he was talking to.
And while she reluctantly tried some food after she was pressured by Mariam to stop in, she quickly made an excuse to go to the bathroom.
Many viewers believed she might have surrendered, especially because Adam later noticed that she seemed to have brushed her teeth after returning from the toilet.
“I think we’re on our way to a story of eating disorder for Honey,” tweeted a fan.
“Honey makes herself sick, she has to dump Adam NOW,” ventilated for a second.
“Is honey famished / bulimic ??” a third asked.

A fourth complimented the show for tackling such an important problem and showing it from a different angle.
They placed: “Does honey have an eating disorder? One thing I like about Oostenders is that they don’t have a typical teenage girl for these things, the same with max and self-harm.”

“It may include too much or too little food, or become obsessed with your weight and body shape.”
Honey has certainly been through the wringer lately.
In July she discovered that her dental friend cheated on her after he caught him a tender moment
But when she confronted him, he became defensive and believed in his lies.
But with the show confirming that actor Stephen Rahman-Hughes, who plays Adam, is leaving the soap soon
This means equally busy months for actress Emma Barton
She juggles the filming of this great storyline and is taking part in Strictly Come Dancing this year.
Emma dances with Anton Du Beke and scored 27 points for her Salsa on Saturday.
