There was a time when former Flip or Flop star Christina Hall was known simply for being one of HGTV’s best at home renovation. Now, however, as her personal life continues to spill over into her professional life, fans often have questions about her. And one of those burning questions is whether Christina Hall has custody of her son Hudson. She and her now ex-husband Ant Anstead welcomed their only child together in 2019. Just a few years later, in 2021, Christina and Ant divorced. Since then, they have both been divulging details about each other as they’ve battled over a custody agreement regarding their now 3-year-old son.
Flip or Flop: Did Christina Hall Get Custody Ff Hudson?
In December 2022, reports emerged that Ant Anstead was unhappy with the previously agreed joint custody arrangement he had with Christina Hudson. In court documents leaked to TMZ, Ant claimed that Christina returned Hudson to him for his share of time with their son without disclosing that Hudson had tested positive for COVID-19. This was followed by Ant Anstead’s allegations that he did not think Christina Hall was a good mother to their son. In April 2022, she filed a lawsuit for sole custody of Hudson. However, according to People, their custody case was settled in December 2022 and a judge ruled that Christina and Ant would continue to share joint physical custody of their son.
Ant Anstead and Christina Hall even agreed on a holiday schedule that satisfied them both. In December 2022, Christina shared a Christmas picture on her Instagram Stories, celebrating the holidays with Hudson, her two children from her first marriage and her current husband Joshua Hall.
Previously, the former couple had a court date set for March 2023 when they failed to reach an agreement. However, as their custody agreement is now in place, that date was cancelled, according to People.
