Gia Giudice of The Real Housewives from New Jersey shared the emotional moment when her family is reunited in Italy.
The oldest Giudice daughter made a family photo in which she, her sisters, her mother Teresa and father Joe are together after years of divorce. After Joe Giudice had served his 41-month prison sentence for postal, banking and bankruptcy fraud, he was sent back to his home country, Italy. Although Joe came to the United States when he was a child, he once asked for citizenship.
Gia simply wrote the photo with: “we are back”. Gia only prepared for a few days to see her father in Italy. She posted a photo of him and wrote: “Goodbye Daddy”
Joe is welcomed by family
Although Joe had not lived in Italy since he was a child, his family welcomed him with open arms. He started a new Instagram account and has shared photos with his family.
Many of the photos contain large family dinners. “Always a full table …”, he wrote an image of a large table filled with smiling guests. Moreover, he has shared a number of photos where he eats and drinks with various friends and family members. He recently went shopping to equip his new fit frame. Joe made a video of laughter while fitting a pair of skinny jeans.
But most of all he seems to be adapting well to life in Italy. He shared a video of a big party. The father of his wife Teresa is seen dancing, laughing and having fun. “Vai Gioncinto!” Joe wrote.
But his family is still determined to have him return to the U.S.
Although Teresa seemed to hint that the marriage was over, Joe’s daughters are determined to have their family back on American territory. During the premiere of season 10, Gia pushed her father to fight. “I already told him, say you lose this appeal, you better fight it up to the Supreme Court,” Gia said, People tells. “And in the beginning he didn’t want to be with ICE, he said,” I’m done with this s … “And I said,” If you do that, you won’t have a relationship with me. “”
“If I were my father, I would sometimes have the urge to sign the papers and go straight to Italy. But his deportation should not happen, “she said during a confessional. “He should have made himself a long time ago. It just shouldn’t have happened, and now this is my father’s time to show us that he really loves us and cares about us. “
In the run-up to the visit, Gia also posted a message on her Instagram story. She made video recordings while waiting at the airport, plus some travel snacks. Gia also shared a breathtaking shot of Napoli, Italy from the plane. Gia’s sister Milania also shared her excitement on her Instagram story. She posted a picture of the waiting plane. “Never been so excited. I can’t wait to see you buddy @ joe.giudice, “she wrote.
