Gigantic shark discovered with its head bitten off by ‘even bigger’ beast

Although the vast majority of us will never come across a shark in the wild during our lives, it is a fear that many people have – and it is really not hard to understand why.

With their seemingly endless rows of teeth, their cold, dead eyes and a killing power that has been sharpened literally over millions of years, the animals in the ocean are actually killing machines.

But if there is one thing in this world that is more frightening than a shark, what kind of monster is capable of doing this with a shark:

“So this was all we got from this monster mako,” wrote Trapman Bermagui, a fisherman from Australia. “Unfortunately we did not see what it ate, but we must have been [impressive]! The head was about 100 kg.”

Bermagui initially found the head of the shark and dragged the remains of the body up.

“It was a crazy morning for shark fishing,” he explained. “Hoping to catch smaller sharks, but just holding large sharks that were eaten by larger sharks. When I thought I’d seen everything, we cut about 35 kg of meat from the mako head and discovered it had a marlin bill in its head embedded .. will upload the video soon .. Must be seen !!!! It has been in it for years … great healing powers of the shark in one video !!!!!

Mako sharks are a fairly large breed and are actually the fastest of all known sharks. On average, they grow to about 3.2 meters (10 feet) long and weigh between 60 to 135 kg (132 to 298 lbs).

However, they can become much larger, with the largest monster ever caught with a length of 4.45 meters (14.6 feet). It was minted off the coast of France in September 1973. In the meantime, the heaviest was caught in California in 2013 and weighed no less than 600 kg (1,300 lbs).

It is thought that it is most likely that the shark was attacked by another, larger shark – which is not entirely unusual.
