KATE, the dazzling engagement rings of the Duchess of Cambridge and Princess Eugenie have enchanted the world – and you can now create the same look at a fraction of the cost.
Disney has released their brand new “Enchanted” fine jewelry collection at H.Samuel, including pieces that are unbelievably similar to the beautiful rings of Kate and Eugenie.
In 2010, Prince William introduced Kate to a fascinating engagement ring of sapphire and diamonds narrated from his late mother, Princess Diana.
The £ 300,000 ring consists of 14 solitaire diamonds around a 12-carat oval blue Ceylon sapphire set in 18-carat white gold, made by the then crown jeweler Garrard.
Disney has created a similar version of the ring, inspired by Cinderella, with a blue rectangular gemstone in a diamond-encrusted silver band – with a retail price of £ 1,999.
Meanwhile, Princess Eugenie’s beautiful pink ring has a striking resemblance to Disney’s Aurora ring, inspired by the beauty of the sleep star.
Eugenie’s ring has an oval, coral-colored padparadscha sapphire surrounded by diamonds, which costs an estimated £ 114,000.
Disney released a nine-carat white gold ring with a center orange-red morganite gem, available for £ 2299.
The collection also includes a series of other dazzling rings inspired by other Disney characters, including Snow White, Belle and Rapunzel.
Meanwhile, one of Disney’s diamond rings also shows some similarities with the engagement ring of Meghan’s Markle.
Disney’s beautiful nine-carat yellow ring, also inspired by Cinderella, contains a center cluster of diamonds with stones embedded along the sides.
Meghan Markle’s three stone engagement ring has a diamond in the center cushion, with two smaller diamonds on either side on a gold band. Made by Cleave and Company.
The central diamond comes from Botswana, where Meghan and Harry were on holiday together, while the other two diamonds stem from the personal collection of his late mother Princess Diana.
About the beautiful design, David Allen of 77 Diamonds said: “With two round diamonds supporting what appears to be a 2.5ct cushion cut diamond, the stones are set in white gold with the main band of the ring in yellow goald.
“A ring of this size and quality would start at around £50,000 ($66,800) but with the use of the late Princess Diana’s diamonds as side stones, this ring, like Kate’s before it, is of inestimable worth.
“The last Royal engagement that came with a Trilogy engagement ring was Sophie Wessex in 1999 to Prince Edward which features a round center stone and heart shape side stones.”
