Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans “married David Eason in September 2017. Since then, the couple have had a fair share of scandals and spats, until they stopped their two-year marriage at the end of October 2019. Evans has updated fans with a long text message on Instagram that she had left with the children. Since then, Eason has been in contact with the police.
“So since Jenelle disappeared,” he wrote on Facebook. “I have no contact with her or Ensley. I have no choice but to submit a missing person’s report. “
And now there is a new development in the sticky situation. E! News reported on November 5 that the former Teen Mom star was given a temporary protection order against Eason.
Jenelle Evans is keeping her kids away from David Eason

E! only obtained the legal documents from Evans, filed on November 4, 2019. In it Evans cites “various incidents” of “alleged abuse” by Eason. She also said that “she is concerned about the safety of her and her children.”
The temporary restraining order also includes Evans’ three children: 10-year-old Jace Evans, 5-year-old Kaiser Griffith and 2-year-old Ensley Eason. It “obliges” Eason not to “have contact with Jenelle or the children and not post messages about Jenelle on social media or the internet.”
The reality TV personality claims in the documents that Eason’s threats recently “escalated”, especially through text.
“Because of his recent threats, his history of violence, his erratic behavior and his large supply of weapons, I am afraid of my life and the well-being of my children,” Evans said.
Evans claims 11 incidents in the last two years and accused Eason of physical and verbal violence.
David Eason admitted to killing his dog after the dog bit Ensley
David Eason who photographed the family dog Nugget – which afterwards is a horrible red flag in this whole story – was something for Evans. The former MTV star was crushed by the incident and wrote a long Instagram post about her love for the French bulldog.
Eason admitted he had killed the dog and claimed that he was protecting their 2-year-old, Ensley, from aggressive behavior.
However, Evans mentioned the dog’s murder in her legal application. Eason photographed poor little Nugget had a ricochet effect of negativity on Evan’s life. Due to the incident, the couple lost custody of her children. Evans was also fired from Teen Mom 2.
Jenelle Evans doesn’t want any updates from her husband; Eason files missing person report
Evan claims that she said terrible, insulting things to Eason on the tape. She also claims that her now estranged husband “saved Kaiser in their moving vehicle.” When the child then tried to get away, “David constantly locked it again with my spare key, both for me and for Kaiser.”
She also accused Eason of “threatening texts.”
“I’m afraid David will harm me or my children and that he will continue to threaten me with text messages, phone calls or on the internet,” Evans said in the document.

Eason, after calling Evans “stupid” in a comment on Instagram, filed a missing person for his daughter Ensley. He also called the police on November 5 to say that his dog was “stolen.” And perhaps he accused his estranged wife of the theft.
An end date has been set for the end of November 2019. We can only hope that Evans and her children are in a safe place.
