It turned out that Jeremy Roloff and Audrey Roloff had tried to make an offer on part of the Roloff farm about a year ago. Unfortunately, their offer for the northwest part of the property was rejected.
This was very disappointing for Audrey Roloff and Jeremy Roloff. The duo loves spending time outdoors with their children. Growing up on a property similar to the Roloff farms is what they both want for their children.
Little People Big World fans can’t help but wonder why Amy and Matt Roloff turned down Jeremy’s offer of Roloff Farms. We know that Matt tried to convince Amy to sell her part of the farm to him last season after Amy moved off the property.
During the season 22 premiere, Matt Roloff admits that he withdrew the offer. But he plans to try again. We also know that Zach Roloff is toying with the possibility of buying out his mother. Tori, however, seems to be a little wobbly on the decision. Besides, Zach doesn’t really like the way his dad runs the business. She worries that he’s too busy spending money.
While the timeline between reality and the TLC series is a little tricky, fans know that Amy sold Matt 32 acres of the Roloff Farms property back in August of last year. Jeremy Roloff reveals that he made the offer around his birthday. So Amy would have still owned part of the property when she made her offer. Unfortunately, we have no concrete answer as to why Amy and Matt Roloff rejected Jeremy’s offer. Fans speculate that it may have simply been too little money to accept. There is also the question of the future of the series.
How can LPBW continue for additional seasons if Jeremy Roloff buys part of the property? After all, he and his wife Audrey Roloff are no longer part of the series. A sale to Matt or Zach would certainly make sense for the future of the show.
However, we do know that Matt Roloff has expressed a desire to have his boys take over the property so that Roloff Farms stays in the family. Given the popularity of the show, one would assume that if it were ever sold to someone outside the family, it would be bought out fairly quickly.

Jeremy and his wife Audrey Roloff have not given up. They want a beautiful property on which to raise their children. So Jeremy Roloff made them an offer on another property they loved. He made the offer again around her birthday.
Unfortunately, he’s learned that this birthday offer has proven to be a failure. Their offer was rejected. The owners of the property had a better offer and decided to go the other way. Too bad! But he has not given up hope. He will keep looking. He may, however, stop making offers near his birthday.
