Princess Eugenie welcomes baby Archie to the royal family!
After her cousins Prince Harry and Meghan Markle made their official debut as a family of three with their newborn son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, Eugenie shared her excitement on Instagram.
“I’m just so happy for you !!” she wrote a stunning black-and-white photo of Harry and Meghan walking with Archie from St. George’s Hall.
Eugenie also helped welcome the social media committee when Harry and Meghan officially joined Instagram last month and shared a beautiful photo of the royal couple during their Nov. 2017 photo caption with caption: “Welcome cousins.”
While Meghan deactivated her social media accounts after being engaged to Prince Harry, Princess Eugenie launched her Instagram page in March 2018. It is probably allowed because Eugenie has no formal work role within the royal family. Although she accompanies her father on official duties and appointments, she has no fixed role in the family like her cousins (although she does have causes that she supports). In fact, Eugenie works as a director at the London art gallery Hauser & Wirth.
Eugenie regularly places testimonials to her loved ones on Instagram. She has memories of her wedding day, sent birthday wish to sister Princess Beatrice and her husband Jack Brooksbank and honored her father’s royal achievements. She has even released spontaneous photos of her royal wedding day.
Harry and Meghan opened their first days of parenthood on Wednesday.
“It’s magic. It’s pretty amazing. I have the best two boys in the world, so I’m very happy,” Meghan said.
“He has the sweetest temperament,” she added. He’s really calm. “
Harry then joked: “I don’t know where he gets that!”
