Clear your agendas, because we finally know when the third season of Queer Eye begins.
Netflix announced on Instagram on Wednesday that season 3 of its Emmy-winning series will debut worldwide on March 15th. The news came in the form of a video plague styled as a group text from the Fab 5 – Bobby Berk (interior design), Karamo Brown (culture), Tan France (fashion), Antoni Porowski (food and wine) and Jonathan Van Ness ( grooming) – a taste of Carly Rae Jepsen’s forthcoming song “Now That I Found You.”
For the new season, the Fab 5 – currently filming four special episodes in Japan – are doing their make-up magic in Kansas City, Mo., after two seasons in Georgia.
It is not the first time a pop star has collaborated with the popular Netflix series; Betty Who remixed the themed song “All Things” of the show, which was released last May before the season 2-debut, complete with a video clip with her and the Fab 5 (and Antoni’s diaphragm).
Queer Eye won three Emmys in September, including Outstanding Structured Reality Program, 15 years after the original series premiered at Bravo and won the Outstanding Reality Program Emmy for the first season. The Fab 5 were also named among EW’s 2018 entertainers of the year.
