When Nene Leakes saw Porsha Williams‘ announcement, he wanted to join the celebrations and congratulated his former co-star. The Fashion Police alum is keeping friends with Porsha Williams, despite the fact that he no longer holds a peach on the Bravo reality series. After the comments came in, “tastiest peach in Atlanta” had seemingly figured out what the controversy was about. Nene Leakes took to Twitter to clarify as he sipped tea.

In addition, Leakes tweeted a second time, explaining that she didn’t know the details about the man she’s engaged to.

Nene Leakes went on to explain the ordeal further when he went on Instagram Live, which The Peach Report Daily posted. The entrepreneur said he thought Williams announced he was back with Dennis McKinley. Leakes admitted he didn’t read the post properly and the confusion may have been caused by the photo. Williams shared a picture where he was in the middle of McKinley and Simon.

Nene Leakes admits he has not spoken to Williams about the situation. He added that it was none of his business to tell Williams that he was no longer speaking to him because of who he was meeting.
