It’s been almost two years since Jill Duggar and her husband Derick Dillard last appeared on Counting On. The circumstances surrounding his departure from the television show at the end of 2017 are a bit murky. Derick has said that he and his wife left the program due to a “false contract.” Other reports say he was fired after making transphobic comments about TLC Jazz star Jennings of I Am Jazz.
Whatever the exact reason for the separation, Jill and her controversial husband have not been seen on her family’s reality TV show for quite some time. But some fans are still confused when they tune in and don’t see her or her family.
Some ‘Counting On’ fans are missing Jill Duggar
A new Counting On season is currently airing, and some fans are apparently noticing Jill Duggar’s absence. Several people have left comments on their recent Instagram posts wondering where it is and looking forward to returning to the series.
“Will we see you on the show?” Asked one in a November 16 post.
Another fan begged him to return, writing: “WHY ARE YOU NOT IN,” COUNTING? “The show is not the same without you. I miss you so much! Please come back !!!!”
Several people did not realize that the family had left the program or were not sure why.
“Why don’t they count on you anymore?” One person asked.
“Why are they no longer on the show?” Asked another.
But at least one person thought it was good that Jill Duggar was no longer on television. “You two look great! I think being out of the program has been good for you, “said one fan in another of Jill’s posts.” That seems like a lot of pressure to put a young family. “
Is Derick planning on suing TLC?

(📚 Note: We are not recommending the Kama Sutra. We believe marriage is ordained by God and husbands and wives should filter everything they read and hear together through the lense of the Bible and not practice anything unbiblical. The little book pictured is a modern, smaller, cleaner, edited version that doesn’t focus on spiritual aspects, homosexual, or other extramarital relationships, and again, we don’t take everything in there either as the truth. It is always good to be aware and careful of what we allow into our minds, hearts and marriages. We’ve not read the actual Kama Sutra and only promote biblical marriage (i.e. between a man and woman who are married). We just wanted to clarify since there has been a lot of discussion after this post.❤️)
While some Count On viewers may be dreaming of Jill Duggar’s return to the show, it doesn’t seem likely to happen soon. Her husband Derick has not hidden that she does not have a very high opinion of TLC and that she does not believe that he and his family have been treated fairly by the network.
In several recent Twitter posts, he has shared his sincere thoughts about the situation. Derick, who is currently in law school, even implied that he might be planning to sue the network.
“‘ @TLC has problems. They begged us not to film at all, but then we did not want to speak directly with us about why, “he tweeted on November 12 in response to someone who asked what kind of contract the adult children of Duggar have with TLC.” If the money It’s the only thing that matters to them, so it’s going to catch up with them, you have to worry about people. All I have to say is that it is better for a lawyer to get up because a storm is inevitable. “
Derick’s conflict with Jim Bob over ‘Counting On’
Derick also addressed the rumors that Jill’s father, Jim Bob Duggar, is the only one who gets paid for Counting On, and that he is the one who decides how much his children receive for appearing on the show.
“I don’t know. You should ask him that,” Derick replied when someone asked if Jim Bob gets all the money from the program and doesn’t share it with the rest of the family. Another person asked if Jim Bob was in charge of the negotiations with TLC, which Derick said was the case. The patriarch of the Duggar family negotiated “for everyone, but without telling anyone,” Derick said.
Derick’s comments about his father-in-law will likely add fuel to rumors that Jill Duggar is running away with his big family.
