Houska took to Instagram on March 7 to share the news of the arrival of their newest addition, posting a video of the newborn goat with its mother, being held by DeBoer, and being visited by their children. DeBoer also shared a photo of the baby goat on his Instagram story, welcoming it to their family.
Chelsea Houska’s friend Taylor Kenney also shared a text message from Houska, apologizing for getting distracted because their goat had given birth. The couple has been known to be animal lovers, and their social media pages are filled with pictures and videos of their pets.
The former “Teen Mom 2” stars recently made headlines after announcing that they would be hosting a new show on HGTV called “What’s Your Name, Baby?”. The show will follow the couple as they help new parents design and create the perfect nursery for their newborns.
With the arrival of their new baby goat, Houska and DeBoer have once again expanded their family and added another adorable member to their already bustling household.

The DeBoer family already has a collection of farm animals, including four goats named Trudy, Terry, Dixie, and Lou, four Miniature Scottish Highland cows named Nelson, Steve, Todd, and Henry, one sheep named Gary, a pig named Pete, two alpacas named Doug and Dewey, three dogs named Phil, Barb, and Dale, and a host of cats, chickens, and turkeys. They like to name their animals after human names, mainly dad and grandpa names, Houska revealed.

The couple has not announced any plans to slow down on adding animals to their farm any time soon, with Houska admitting to having a list of potential animal names on her phone that she wants to use up.

In a previous post, Houska hinted at the possibility of moving to Wyoming, which her husband seemed to be open to. However, the move may be delayed while they take care of their farm animals and film season two of their HGTV show, “Down Home Fab”, which was renewed for a second season before the first one finished airing.
