The sweet way Duchess Kate spoils Prince William on his birthday

Congratulations on your birthday to Prince William, who turned 37 on Friday! Although the royal keeps its celebrations private – probably spending the day with his family at his home in Kensington Palace or his country house, Anmer Hall, in Norfolk – we suspect that his wife, the Duchess of Cambridge, will have some creative ideas in mind to make his day extra special. And what is more special than a handmade gift from your loved ones? Kate, known as arty, and their three children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, reportedly have William a hand-made scrapbook filled with some of the best memories of the family, along with pictures and drawings of the children.

According to The Sun, Kate and the children gathered photos, paintings, and drawings from family events last year to include them in William’s birthday present whenever there was a special moment they wanted to remember. No doubt there will be plenty of sweet family moments with the youngest son, Prince Louis, who celebrated his first birthday in April. Other special evets that are likely to be included are the recent Trooping the Color ceremony, for the Queen’s birthday, and Kate’s ‘Back to Nature’ garden, made for the RHS – prince Prince George and Princess Charlotte many times visited.

Kate’s creative flair has shown her lavish parties for her husband’s birthday in the past, including a stunning theme of Arabian Nights for the Prince’s 24-year birthday. They also enjoyed a quiet weekend away in Cornwall for one of his birthdays, and since welcoming their children, the prince has spent his birthday with his family. According to insiders of the palace, for his 35th birthday, William “tucked into a birthday cake and a meal” with wife Kate and Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

In honor of his 37th birthday, Kensington Palace released a throwback photo of the royal family. The caption read: “Thank you everyone for your beautiful wishes on the birthday of The Duke of Cambridge!” The beautiful photo sees William smiling at the camera during a trip to Tanzania from October 2018. The official Twitter account of the royal family also posted a collage of photos with the queen and wrote: “Congratulations to the Duke of Cambridge! #HappyBirthdayHRH. ” The message continued: “The Duke of Cambridge is in second place on the throne, his Royal Highness undertakes a number of charitable activities and projects and performs public and official duties in support of The Queen, in Great Britain and beyond, alongside the Duchess from Cambridge. “

Prince William was born at St Mary’s Hospital in London in 1984 to Prince Charles and Diana, Princess of Wales, weighing 7lbs 1 ½ oz. The queen enjoyed memorable birthdays as a young person, with a particularly funny incident on his 13th birthday, when mother Diana surprised him with a very unique – and naughty – cake, decorated with statuettes of topless women. Princes William and Harry have previously spoken about their mother’s ‘naughty’ sense of humor. William said in a documentary: “She organized – when I got home from school – Cindy Crawford, Christy Turlington and Naomi Campbell were waiting at the top of the stairs. I turned bright red and didn’t know what to say. .. I was complete and full of awe. “
