Stassi Schroeder is one step closer to saying “I do.”
The Vanderpump Rules star opened up about planning her wedding with fiancé Beau Clark during a live taping of her podcast Basically Stassi Schroeder at BravoCon on Sunday, saying that while the couple still has a lot to sort out, there was one detail they immediately agreed on: the date.
“We are having an October wedding in Rome,” said Schroeder. “ Beau Clark and I agreed on, right when we got engaged, that we don’t want to sweat at our wedding. We are not going to sweat, no one at my wedding is going to sweat.”
“It’s going to be a crisp, fall wedding,” added Beau Clark.
Stassi Schroeder went on to confirm that Lisa Vanderpump will not officiate the wedding, saying, “It’s been done.”
The couple also joked about their pre-wedding diet, saying they are testing out “mild starvation.”
“I’m doing intermittent fasting,” said Schroeder. “I can still have ranch dressing and anything I want to eat, but only from 11-6. I don’t feel deprived.”
In October, the couple traveled to Italy to tour possible places for weddings in Rome.
Schroeder, 31, announced his commitment to Clark in July. The reality stars posed for their advertisement photo inside the famous Hollywood Forever cemetery, since Schroeder is a big fan of the murders and the macabre, something that her fiancé helped her celebrate since they started dating last year.
Less than a week after the Bravo star announced his engagement, he talked about his future wedding plans in his podcast, Straight Up With Stassi.
Schroeder knew from the beginning that he wanted a European wedding.
“All I know is that I want my wedding to be small, but in Europe. I still won’t give the exact country, “he said in the podcast, before justifying the reason for his decision.
“I really don’t like to entertain people,” Schroeder explained. “I think because I am entertained to live all the time. I just want this to be intimate. “
“I don’t care if someone is having such a good time. How can I not have a good time in Europe? I know you’ll be fine,” he continued. “Keep it small, I will not talk to people. We just love people.”
Schroeder revealed that he was in a relationship in February 2018 and the couple has quickly become a favorite of Bravo fans on the show.
Schroeder previously talked about his romance telling the PEOPLE in January, Clark is “good.”
“I don’t feel bad for shouting it from the rooftops because everyone, I’ve been through 15 years of boyfriends, so now I have a good one and I’m fine to show off!”
