Vicki Gunvalson Reacts to New ‘Friend’ Role on The Real Housewives of Orange County Following Demotion

Vicki Gunvalson is officially downgraded from her full-time role on The Real Housewives of Orange County after filming 13 seasons of the Bravo TV reality series.

After confirming the cast of season 14 and the release of the trailer for the new episodes, Vicki went to her Instagram page. Vicki then opened her time on the series and told her online audience that she was still the “OC of the OC”.

“For the past 14 years I have opened my life, my loves, my ups and downs at The Real Housewives of Orange County and I am proud to be the ‘OG of the OC’. I am back in my house this season in the middle of the action, and I hope you enjoy watching the show as much as I did in front of the cameras. Keep up with Bravo August 6, “Vicki wrote in her July 2 message.

After Vicki shared this message, she received a number of support messages from her fans and followers. Many of her fans were completely overwhelmed by the news of her relegation.

“I am not satisfied. Vicki should be in front,” said a woman.

“Why aren’t you one of the most important housewives ???” another asked. “We need you there, not as a support !!!”

“You’re the show !!! I’m so confused,” a third fan added.

As fans may recall, Vicki began rumors of a relegation in February when the cast of The Real Housewives of Orange County began filming season 14 without her. At that time, Vicki apparently closed every speculation that her role would be slightly less than full-time.

“Unless you hear from me, then it’s just a rumor,” she tweeted months ago. “I’m negotiating.”

The Real Housewives of Orange County season 14 will premiere on Tuesday, August 6 on Bravo TV.
