Below deck Mediterranean fans cried dirty when the hugely popular series did not end with the usual reunion show. Cast members shared that the main reason there was no reunion was that the series made the most episodes ever and included an episode instead of a reunion show.
But fans of Below Deck also seemed a little disappointed with the reunion of season 6. The season was nominated for an Emmy and fans couldn’t get enough of the drama and crazy antics in Tahiti. While Real Housewives’ reunion shows usually include two or three episodes, Below Deck gets a single night at the Watch What Happens Live Club House.
The last meeting left fans wanting more, and it was probably the reason why so many Under Deck viewers were not happy that Below Deck Mediterranean was left without a meeting. But now, perhaps, Bravo is coming to the fans with a big meeting to celebrate the 100th show of the series.
Below Deck: 100 episodes in the making
Bravo recently shared that ‘Below Deck’ will hold a huge reunion show at the Club House on Monday January 6th at 10 / 9c. The episode will be a special WWHL tribute to the series. Joining Captain Lee Rosbach and Kate Chastain are chef Ben Robinson, Eddie Lucas, Kelley Johnson, Amy Johnson and Nico Scholly.
However, more crewmembers may appear as Bravo teases that more guests may arrive at the reunion show. Host Andy Cohen, Rosbach and Chastain travel through the memory lane, spanning seven seasons of wild crew and even wilder guests.
Rosbach also tweeted about the big reunion show. “Look at this, so big. You won’t want to miss it. “He shared. Though fans seemed excited, some want their reunion show of season 7 of Deck. “That’s awesome! I can never get enough of Captain Lee! Does that mean there won’t be a reunion this season? We really need one,’ replied a fan.
What have some of the ‘Below Deck’ alums been doing?
Besides Rosbach and Chastain Robinson has been in the series regularly. He recently appeared in Below Deck Med and also appeared on BravoCon. However, some of the other guest yachts have moved on since they left the show.
Kelley Johnson has collected a beautiful collection of photography. The bosun also created a YouTube series, That Military Guy, designed to help viewers cope with stress. Former bosun Eddie Lucas has been quiet since his last season in the show. He was a favorite with fans who had a soapy undercover romance with stew Rocky Dakota. Today, Lucas seems to be working for Moran Towing Corporation of Baltimore, Maryland. The company offers a variety of maritime services, including towing, shipping and mooring.
Scholly currently works for the family business. He also continues to support the foundation his family founded in memory of his brother. The Tristen Scott Foundation NFP is designed to promote organ donation. “The mission of our families is to make people aware of the importance of an organ donor and not to forget the families of the heroes, who have nothing but memories during their tragic loss,” the site says.
