90 Day Fiance: Yazan Is 'So Happy' With His Girlfriend

Yazan Abu Hurira and Brittany Banks were striking on Season 2 of 90 Day Fiance. The spin-off was shocked by their rollercoaster ride of a relationship when Brittany left her home in Florida to extend her hand to life in Yazan’s native Jordan.

But their cultural differences proved too much for the young couple, as Brittany, an aspiring rapper, insulted Yazan’s family with her social media habits. To make matters worse, Yazan’s parents wanted Brittany to marry their son quickly and convert to Islam, but she hesitated because she was still legally married to her ex, as ScreenRant noted.

It came to a split between Yazan and his family, and his father even threatened to kill him if he stayed with Brittany. With all the sacrifices Yazan seemed to make for their romance, some fans accused Brittany of being insensitive and shutting themselves off from Yazan’s culture. When the season ended, the couple finally seemed to be in a good place, with Brittany agreeing to apply for a K-1 visa for Yazan to come to the U.S., reported CinemaBlend. However, as soon as the season was over, the Jordanian TLC star hinted that he might have left Brittany in the past.

90 Day Fiance: Yazan Is ‘So Happy’ With His Girlfriend

In early December 2020, Yazan took his Instagram Live and teased fans with information about his new girlfriend. “I’m deleting my Facebook because I have a lot of family on this account and my girlfriend doesn’t like it,” he told his fans, by CinemaBlend. During the livestream, he read a question from a follower who asked who his girlfriend was. “I cannot tell you,” he answered before teasing if his new mysterious wife was Brittany. “It could be Brittany, it could be no.”

But Yazan later turned out to give a clearer answer after he overshadowed his 90 Day Fiance partner. Brittany Banks had previously spoken out against the show’s editorial team for being “garbage a** people” who made her look like a villain, as noted by ScreenRant. She also called out her “exes and ex-girlfriends,” who took many to be a punch at Yazan.

After her tirade, Yazan Abu Hurira used his Instagram story to praise the show’s production. “I want to thank the TLC channel for their great efforts in the program, and the results of the show came out really well,” he said. “I also want to thank the editorial team… you’ve done your job.” He went on to confirm that he’s found a new girlfriend. “Luckily I’m so happy with my new love affair now,” he confessed, before adding, “and now everything is much better than ever! All love.”
