Since before they were married, Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex and Prince Harry have never been a couple to avoid showing affection in front of the cameras. Whether they hold hands or exchange a quick kiss, it’s as if they’re not afraid to focus on each other even as the world watches them.

Of course, body language experts were constantly analyzing what they thought was happening. Over the years, we’ve received some conflicting reviews of Meghan and Harry’s behavior.

Tonight in London, for their third consecutive year, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended the annual Endeavour Fund Awards, which celebrates the achievements of those veterans injured in service who have taken part in remarkable sporting and adventure challenges over the last year. By choosing to take on what seems impossible, these men and women not only set goals for themselves but have also inspired millions of people around the world. These annual awards bring together The Duke and The Duchess alongside wounded, injured and sick Service personnel and veterans as well as their families, friends and supporters of the military community. The Duke, who founded the @EndeavourFund, spoke on the night: • “The Endeavour Fund came from seeing the gaping hole that can be left after taking off that uniform. The power that sport and adventurous challenge plays in recovery, yes; but most of all – the chance to be part of a team again while attempting to achieve unthinkable challenges – as if being shot or blown up wasn’t enough, you guys continue to impress, inspire and challenge what it means to have a life changing injury.” • Since its launch in 2012, the Endeavour Fund has supported 108 projects that have directly assisted over 6,000 of those injured in service. Congratulations to all those who participated in endeavours over the last year and inspired others to push the boundaries of what’s possible! #EndeavorFundAwards

It’s hard to believe that in a few weeks Markle, the Duchess of Sussex and Harry will no longer be the eldest royalty. In the short time since they got married, we have enjoyed seeing the couple appear together at events and engagements. However, as we know, it was far from easy for them.

Markle was receiving criticism from apparently everyone, and the Washington Post reports that she has been harassed by the British tabloids and critics around the world. Of course, Harry couldn’t stand the way his wife was treated, and eventually made a statement in her defense.

Things didn’t get any easier for the two of them. As the negative coverage continued, they became increasingly dissatisfied with real life and ended up making the shocking announcement that they would resign from their positions.

In recent months, Markle and Harry have spent quiet time together in Canada, focusing on each other and their young son, Archie Harrison. So, what are they going to do now that they’re no longer doing their royal duties?

Now that they’ve finished their royal duties, it’s time to start their independent lives. Express reports that the couple are planning to continue their charitable and humanitarian work. There are causes that have been important to both of them for years, and even though they want to stay out of the spotlight, they don’t want to stop having a positive effect wherever and whenever they can.

Prince Harry will continue his involvement in the Invictus Games, which he founded, and we are sure to see Markle show her support as well.
