The sprawling 4,476-square-foot property, located in Flagstaff, is now on the market for $1,650,000. The couple, who have been at the center of much public scrutiny, purchased the home in 2019, and it has served as their primary residence since.
This luxurious property, built in 2007, spans two secluded acres. It boasts a primary bedroom with a spa-like bathroom and a gourmet kitchen with a double oven and commercial fridge.
Additionally, it includes a game room and two laundry rooms. The house is “tucked behind towering pines on a quiet ridge,” ensuring privacy and peace.
The reason behind the sale remains unclear, and it’s not known where the couple plans to move. This comes as the Brown family’s construction project on their Coyote Pass land is unfinished.
No building permits have been pulled for the property, despite its $820,000 purchase six years ago.
