Post-sale, the couple immediately invested in another exquisite Miami property. Their new home boasts 10,500 square feet, six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and even a wine cellar large enough to house Lopez’s impressive 2,000 bottle collection, all acquired for a cool $21.5 million.

However, it’s not just about buying a new house for Dr. Martin and Lopez. They have grand renovation plans, especially for the kitchen and Martin’s closet, as revealed in Season 6 of ‘RHOM’. Lopez, in an interview with The Wall Street Journal, promised a significant closet for Martin in their new abode. Meanwhile, the family will reside in their private vacation home on Fisher Island, along with a retreat to their Colorado mountain house, complete with ski-in ski-out access.
