Janelle Brown’s Massive Move to North Carolina: What It Means for Sister Wives

The Brown family is undergoing major changes, with Kody Brown’s former wives moving on from Arizona. Fans of “Sister Wives” watched Christine and Meri Brown relocate to Utah after ending their spiritual marriages with Kody. Now, Janelle Brown has made a big move, purchasing a large parcel of land in North Carolina.

Earlier this month, In Touch Weekly reported that Janelle bought 100 acres in Chocowinity, North Carolina, for nearly $300,000. Chocowinity, a small town with about 800 residents, is close to where her daughter Maddie Brush and her husband Caleb Brush live. It’s unclear if Janelle’s new property includes a home or if she will build one. But, it seems she’s bringing her dream of gardening and farming to North Carolina.

Confirmation of Janelle’s Relocation

Mykelti and Tony Padron confirmed Janelle’s move in a recent Patreon video. Tony mentioned that Janelle had already moved to North Carolina and that they looked forward to being closer to her. Although Mykelti tried to hush Tony, indicating that Janelle’s move was supposed to be secret, the news is now out.

Janelle’s move will likely be a storyline in “Sister Wives.” But, it may not appear in Season 19, rumored to premiere in August. The move happened too recently to be included in the filming schedule.

Mykelti and Tony Padron Also Moving to North Carolina

In addition to Janelle Brown’s move, Mykelti and Tony Padron are also relocating to North Carolina. The couple, who previously lived in St. George and Salt Lake City, Utah, decided to move East for various reasons. They will be setting up their lives near Charlotte, which is more than four hours from Chocowinity.

Janelle Brown’s New Ventures

Janelle Brown has experienced many changes recently. Besides moving to North Carolina, she has gone into business with her daughter Maddie, establishing Taeda Farms. This farm is a new chapter for Janelle. She has also marketed their Plexus business.

Coping with Seasonal Depression

Janelle has openly discussed her reverse seasonal depression. This condition makes some people happier in colder months. Recently, she shared an Instagram story with her daughter Maddie. It featured autumn leaves and her joy for the season. The Chicago Counseling Center notes that reverse seasonal depression affects a small percentage of people. These individuals feel down in warmer months. What’s Next for Janelle Brown?

Janelle’s move to North Carolina signifies a significant shift in her life post-divorce from Kody Brown. Her new ventures, like Taeda Farms, and her work with Plexus show her resilience and adaptability. As “Sister Wives” continues, fans will be eager to see how Janelle’s journey unfolds in her new home.
