Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann Race Against Time to Save Atlanta Mansion!

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, once a well-known couple from “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” now face another financial crisis. Their Atlanta home is at risk of foreclosure.

Although they tried to pass it off as a mistake, legal papers and a short time frame reveal the harsh truth.

People obtained documents showing Truist, the lender, set a deadline for Zolciak and Biermann. They must resolve their court issues by the week’s end or face a May 3 foreclosure.

This puts immense pressure on the couple, already facing financial difficulties from their tough divorce. The April 23 documents stress the situation’s urgency and warn of severe consequences if ignored.

In October, Kim and Kroy put their grand Atlanta mansion up for sale. Originally listed at $6 million, the price dropped to $4.5 million with each price cut. Now, they’re selling it for just 75% of its original value, showing the need to sell quickly and avoid financial ruin.

A Mansion in Crisis

Jenny Doyle, from Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s, manages the property. It has seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and covers 15,694 sq. ft. on 1.78 acres in Milton, Georgia. This suburb is near Atlanta.

The couple almost lost their home in early 2023 due to a $1.65 million loan default. Last year, Zolciak claimed the foreclosure was a misunderstanding. However, the recent financial trouble suggests deeper problems.

Now, Kim Zolciak is trying to stabilize her finances after her divorce. The mansion’s future is uncertain.
