The drama between Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans and her estranged husband David Eason has reached a boiling point. After six tumultuous years of marriage, Jenelle will sue David.
This follows his arrest for violating a domestic violence restraining order. The situation has left fans reeling, and Jenelle herself is ready to fight back for her peace and safety.
In a statement to In Touch, Jenelle revealed just how serious the situation has become. “I’ve tried so hard to find peace and move forward, but David’s harassment just doesn’t stop,” she shared.
The reality star said that David, his new girlfriend, and their friends have been interfering in her life. It’s making it impossible for her to heal. “I’m left with no choice now but to take legal action to put an end to this,” she declared.
Jenelle Evans said she didn’t want things to escalate. But, she insisted, “If they keep dragging me into these toxic games, I’ll see them in court.””
David’s arrest last week only added to the chaos. He was taken into custody but later released on a $1,000 bond. Reports say he was arrested for allegedly breaking into Jenelle’s North Carolina property, violating court orders.

Teen Mom: The Break-In and Stolen Motorcycles
The details of David Eason’s most recent run-in with the law are jaw-dropping. In October, Jenelle Evans claimed that David, his girlfriend, and three accomplices broke into her North Carolina property.
The group reportedly used bolt cutters to break the locks on her gate before raiding her garage. Among the stolen items? Jenelle’s beloved motorcycles.
Jenelle also shared that David had the audacity to try and disable one of the surveillance cameras capturing the incident. She later confirmed that a court order from their divorce prohibits David from entering the property. His actions were a serious violation.
Though Jenelle wasn’t home at the time, a deputy informed her of the break-in. David, she says, was only authorized to collect his work tools, and nothing more.
Adding to the stress, Jenelle cited David’s troubling behavior as a major factor in their split. The Teen Mom star has accused her estranged husband of substance abuse, a refusal to work, and a history of disturbing behavior.
In court documents shared with In Touch, she alleged, “During the marriage, the defendant showed disturbing behavior towards the plaintiff.”
Teen Mom: Jenelle Evans’ Ongoing Family Turmoil
As if the drama with David wasn’t enough, Jenelle Evans is also dealing with a family crisis involving her eldest son, Jace. Just weeks ago, Jace, 15, was removed from Jenelle’s Las Vegas home following a frightening incident.
In a 911 call on October 20, Jenelle described a terrifying scene where Jace “started smashing things” around the house. “I told my two younger kids to stay away from [Jace],” she told the dispatcher.
She then explained how he had damaged multiple doors in their rental property and had run out the front door when she called for help.
Jenelle also claimed Jace drank alcohol behind her back. He got angry over a confiscated pocket knife. The dispatcher questioned whether Jace had access to firearms, but Jenelle assured them he did not. Although the police later asked if she had been drinking or using drugs herself, Jenelle denied it.
A source close to the situation confirmed to The U.S. Sun that Jace has since returned to Jenelle’s rental home but noted he is still unsure about what’s next.
The teen has reportedly been laying low and is not yet back in school. “Jace doesn’t know what’s going to happen next,” the insider said, adding that Jenelle has not provided much clarity on his future plans.
Teen Mom: Allegations of Abuse and Custody Battles
Jenelle’s turbulent family life extends beyond her issues with Jace. Her ex, Nathan Griffith, has publicly accused Jenelle of neglect and even allowing David to abuse their son, Kaiser.
In an interview with The U.S. Sun, Nathan claimed David had beaten Kaiser multiple times and even “punched [him] in the face.” He also described his mother, Doris, as devastated when Jenelle abruptly pulled Kaiser out of his new school in Tennessee to bring him back to Las Vegas. “The school called my mom, and she was crying her eyes out,” Nathan said, adding that he felt powerless to help his son.
David Eason’s violent history continues to haunt the family. He faces felony assault by strangulation charges. They are from a previous incident at a neighbor’s home in North Carolina. The accusations paint a disturbing picture of the environment Jenelle and her children have been living in.
