Too Hot to Handle Season 4 Cast: Host and Contestants

“Too Hot to Handle” takes a tried and tested dating reality show formula where a group of singles live together in a villa while putting in their catch. In this show, participants must abstain from sex or physical intimacy. The aim of the show is to help such people develop a deeper bond, using workshops and an abstinence rule. Ultimately, each contestant is incentivised by a huge collective cash prize, which decreases each time the rule is broken.

Too Hot to Handle season 3 will be released in its entirety on Netflix on 19 January 2022. The season will consist of ten exciting episodes, each 32-48 minutes long.

Here’s what we know about the fourth part. After the initial success of the first season, Netflix had gone ahead and renewed the series for seasons 2 and 3. Unfortunately, there is still no confirmation on the fourth part of the series.

Viewers need not lose hope, however, as the renewal of the series is based on a number of factors, including its ratings, popularity and the amount of money made for the streamer. Besides, given that Too Hot to Handle has a sizeable viewership and ticks quite a few of these boxes, the confirmation of a fourth season would not be entirely surprising.

Nevertheless, we would not expect a new season any time soon, as it will require months of production and post-production, even if it is ordered for spring 2022. Besides, Netflix usually likes to keep a gap of about a year before a new season is added to the library. So, if the series is indeed renewed for March 2022, we can expect the fourth season of Too Hot to Handle to be released sometime in the first quarter of 2023.

If a fourth season is to come, we can expect the return of the intelligent virtual assistant Lana. She will set the rules and even announce fines when rules are broken. In addition, comedian and actress Desiree Burch is also expected to return for a possible season 4. She has been the show’s narrator since season 1.

As for the contestants, each season will start with ten singles – five men and five women. However, new additions are brought in mid-season.

So, season 1 had 14 participants, while seasons 2 and 3 had 15 each. Season 3 ended with Harry and Beaux being crowned the winners. The forthcoming fourth season will therefore introduce a new group of contestants. And, as usual, we can expect them to try and accept the challenge of abstaining from sex in order to create a deeper emotional bond with their romantic partner.
