1000-Lb Sisters spoilers reveal that Tammy Slaton is ready to share her eating plan with her fans. You may be shocked, but she’s starting to open up more about what she eats and how much of it she eats. Now that she’s in a rehabilitation program, they’re helping her maintain healthy eating habits and also trying to help her lose weight.

As far as Tammy Slaton’s eating habits are concerned, she does indeed eat too much and has spoken openly about it. Her family really hoped that the rehabilitation centre would help her to maintain better eating habits.

At the rehabilitation centre, Tammy will be able to walk around and see other patients. Tammy is being closely monitored because of her health, but overall she seems to like the facility.

Tammy enrolled at the facility because of her poor health and told her fans that when she started she could only manage 45 steps a day and now she has reached around 150 steps a day! This is a huge improvement and her doctors are convinced that she is doing much better than before.

Tammy knows her weight is a problem and if she can’t lose it, her life expectancy will be shortened. Doctors have urged her time and time again to stop her diet.

As Tammy is in rehab, she is trying as hard as she can and it looks like she has already lost about 20 kilos. This is a big step and hopefully one of many.

She shared with fans what she’s been eating and said she’s trying to cut down on sugar in her diet. It’s been one of the hardest things for her to cut out.

Now she drinks fat-free milk when eating cereal and seems to be eating more protein than ever. He drinks diet soda when he can get it, and he even eats toast without defeat.
