90 Day Fiance star Jasmine Pineda just proved she’s a beast in the gym while offering words of encouragement. The 36-year-old mother-of-two has a perfectly toned and fit body that she is proud of and often boasts about on social media.

While fans don’t always get a full-length workout video from Jasmine, this time they did. Via her TikTok, Jasmine showed off her gym routine, which included many impressive moments.

She started with her back to the camera as she did deep squats, wearing blue striped Nike trainers combined with a white palm crop top.

Jasmine Pineda continued her workout with hip thrusts as she rested her back on the training bench while she moved her hips up and down, using weight in the pelvic area to increase resistance. Next, Jasmine used the training bench to lift her legs as her arms and one leg remained on the bench.

This was followed by low pulsing squats before she used a leg curl attached to an adjustable weight bar to move her leg outwards.

The final frame captured Jasmine once again moving her hips in a controlled up and down motion using the weight and the training bench.

Jasmine is one of the 90 Day Fiance actors who posts the most on social media. Jasmine loves to share shameless selfies, gym flexes, photos and videos of her and her fiancé Gino Palazzolo, as well as answering fans’ questions.
