Since then, Tammy Slaton has worn oxygen tubes occasionally. But recently, she posted a photo of herself smoking while using a breathing machine. Fans were immediately concerned. “Girl you know you ain’t supposed to be smoking,” one person commented. “Vaping with oxygen??” another person asked. “Totally don’t feel sorry for you.”

With her weight on the rise, Tammy makes the decision to enter rehab for food addiction, but her stay may be short-lived as she considers the best way to achieve her goals. She also appears to be talking to a new love interest, which is cause for concern for her family, as relationships have hindered Tammy Slaton’s progress in the past, the season synopsis reads.

She and her brother, Chris Combs, are both working toward weight loss surgery, while their sister Amy Slaton has already had the procedure.
