Alaskan Bush People: ABP's Bear Shared The Final Photos Of His Late Dad Billy Brown With His Grandson River

Alaska’s Bush People’s Bear Brown has shared the latest snapshots of his late father Billy and his grandson, River. In the photo, a sleeping Billy Brown holds River, who is reaching for the camera.

In a second shot, Ami Brown, Bear’s mom, looks at the baby who is sitting with his grandfather.

Bear Brown captioned it, “I’m so glad my dad was able to meet my son, his grandson, I will always remember the twinkle in his eyes when he held him in his arms! “Hold tight to your loved ones! You never know when it’s the last moment you’ll get with them!”

He died as doctors attempted to save him with CPR and called for an emergency helicopter.

The D.C. Sheriff’s Office confirmed to The Sun that the call was made at 4:03 p.m. Sunday. The sheriff told The Sun, “The doctor called for a helicopter. It does not appear that he was transported to the hospital by the doctor. He passed away at home.”

The sheriff added that doctors “attempted CPR” on the patriarch. He continued, “Medics and fire were on the scene a hour and a half before the Sheriff’s Office was called. We respond to all deaths. At this point, nothing suspicious or criminal.”

Bear Brown confirmed the passing while captioning a photo of his mother and father: “We are heartbroken to announce that our beloved patriarch Billy Brown passed away last night after suffering a seizure. “We plan to honor his legacy going forward, and to continue with his dream.”

The family also asked for “privacy and prayers” during the difficult time. Billy had been in and out of the hospital for the past several years and had previously been told by medical professionals that high altitude was not good for him.
