Bachelor in Paradise will not return for summer 2020, but we are still keeping up with the stars of the last season of the show. We know that Caelynn Miller-Keyes and Dean Unglert met in Paradise – and they’ve been going strong ever since. But fans have had a lot to say about their relationship. And after the Miller-Keyes and Blake Horstmann debacle, they had an even more serious reaction.
Now, Dean Unglert and Caelynn are more transparent about their relationship than ever before. While the recoil doesn’t seem to affect Unglert, Caelynn has more difficulty brushing it off. Here’s what Unglert said about how she takes Internet hate.
Bachelor in Paradise: Caelynn Got A Lot Of Backlash Over Her Fling With Blake
Before Bachelor in Paradise, Blake Horstmann and Caelynn had an adventure at the Stagecoach Festival – but it seems they weren’t on the same wavelength in terms of meaning. Blake Horstmann continued to try to get in touch with other women he knew would be present at the show. And he also had another adventure with Kristina Schulman at the same festival. But Caelynn still felt disappointed by Blake Horstmann’s actions as she accused him of making her out to be a ghost and not taking their semi-relationship seriously.
This all went to hell when Horstmann tried to clear his name by publishing texts between him and Caelynn. The lyrics showed Miller-Keyes asking Horstmann to have casual sex and nothing else. And this led to a strong backlash for her.
“I’d rather hear both sides of the story. “All the more so since you know that you lie to the bachelor. Looks like I dumped you and now you’re looking for revenge trying to play the poor me card,” commented a follower of Miller-Keyes’ Instagram post.
Bachelor in Paradise: Dean Unglert Says Caelynn Miller-Keyes Doesn’t Take Well To All The Hate
Unglert may be used to some setbacks he’s had over the years, but on his podcast he said, “Help! I Suck at Dating…, which Caelynn Miller-Keyes is not necessarily the same thing.
“I was on the show the first time, like, three or four years ago, and Caelynn only two years after me, so one or two years ago. So I have this, like, bigger perspective on relationships, having gone through the breakups, being in public relations. And she has, like, a little bit more fawn eyes and a little bit more, just fresher on the whole situation,” Unglert said in his podcast. “And so she still lets things get to her sometimes, and I always have to remind her… “As long as you’re happy in this relationship, it shouldn’t matter what other people say.” … Don’t let that affect your well-being.”
