Adam Busby and his wife Danielle Busby from OutDaughtered are very fond of fitness. They usually eat clean food, but their real secret for their skinny appearance is hitting the gym. Neither Adam nor Danielle is afraid to go to work to stay fit.

Lately Adam and Danielle Busby have been promoting a lot of fitness products. They even owned a spinning center for a while, but they sold their share in the company a while back. Because the OutDaughtered dad, Adam, now works for himself, he can fit in his workouts whenever he wants.

Recently Adam was able to rejoin the gym. He asked Danielle Busby to come along, but Danielle’s sister and brother-in-law kept the kids, so she chose to sleep in. But Adam was excited to go back to the gym after being outside for a while.

Adam told the fans that he hasn’t been to the gym in a while. OutDaughtered star is usually dedicated to the gym, so the fans shared their surprise. He explained that he had a knee injury that prevented him from doing his normal workout. He didn’t share how he hurt his knee, but it was bad enough to keep him out of the gym.

A fan noticed the difference in Adam Busby’s legs and said, “Don’t forget to train your legs too”. Others jumped up and said he’d probably do it if the doctor gave the go-ahead. Anyway, viewers of OutDaughtered are happy to see that Adam’s is feeling better.

Knee injuries can take people out of the game for a while. But it looks like Adam is freaking out and doing everything he can to make himself strong. Fans gave the OutDaughtered superstar kudos to fit his training when he has six children to take care of.
