Real Housewives Of New Jersey: Teresa Giudice Has Relisted Her New Jersey Home For $2.2million

Fans will know that the Bravo personality has been trying to sell the six-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion she owned with her ex-husband Joe since September 2020. Unfortunately, she hasn’t had much luck in the real estate department.

According to The Sun, Teresa Giudice first put the mansion up for sale for just under $2.5 million. In January 2021, she made the decision to lower the price to $2.25 million. The listing came down, before rebounding just days later with another very small price drop.

In March, the New Jersey listing was pulled back again because it had an offer pending. The Sun reports that the offer must have fallen through because the home was relisted for $2,248,888 just a few days ago. Property records confirm that Teresa Giudice still owns the house. She has updated the listing with fresh photos of the interior.

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Teresa Giudice will have a net worth of around $500 000 in 2021. In 2015, the Bravo persona served 11 months behind bars for fraud. Both she and her husband filed for bankruptcy in 2011. At the time, the couple claimed they owed $11 million.

Looking at her 2021 net worth, buying a $3 million home for Teresa Giudice would have been tough, even with the help of her fiancé. Selling her New Jersey mansion for $2.2 million would certainly have made buying a $3 million home a little easier…. But he hasn’t done that yet. So Real Housewives Of New Jersey fans suspect that the reality TV personality may be strapped for cash as he begins to sell his New Jersey mansion again.
