Stevi may have finally answered Madhi’s big question. But for 90 Day Fiancé fans, it was too late—and came with a lot of side-eye.
In the latest fiery episode, Stevi danced around Madhi’s repeated asks about her sexuality. After dodging and deflecting for weeks, she finally gave a straight answer. But by then, the damage was done.
Social media exploded with accusations.
“She’s lying,” wrote one viewer bluntly, echoing hundreds of others. “That hesitation said everything.”
Another added, “She is one hundred percent attracted to women. Trust me, those of us who are not do not plaster breasts all over our homes, nor do we like to paint our friends naked or go to strip clubs… unless it’s to work there.”
And it didn’t stop there.
“Stevi is NOT telling the truth IMO!!! I do not like this couple,” said Peggy Cochran Morris.
“She plays too many mind games,” another posted.
Fans were united on one point: Stevi should’ve been honest from the jump. As Rosemary Cee put it,
“Your fiancé asks you a question like that, you just answer honestly and remove all doubt.”

A number of viewers believe the whole arc was never meant to feel real in the first place.
“Producers probably told her to hold off for more suspense,” speculated Betsy Catalano Hauswirth. “That was their whole storyline. The show wanted her to drag it out,” agreed Debbie Poe.
Multiple fans said it all felt “scripted,” while others rolled their eyes at the overdone drama.
“Scripted drama,” “ratings grab,” “fake storyline”-those were just some of the terms being thrown around. “Where would the drama be in her saying ‘no’ right away?” one user pointed out. “TLC wants a storyline, not closure.”

While Stevi faced heat, Madhi received an outpouring of support. Many praised him for keeping his cool, despite the obvious emotional toll.
“He was visibly upset every time he asked,” noted Ignacio Luna. “Madhi is such a cool and thoughtful guy. I wish him the best.”
Others felt bad for him being left in the dark. “That was cruel to keep him guessing for so long,” one said. “Just say no from the get-go.”
Wendy Blank cryptically commented, “My fellow Virgo women, I don’t need to say what we are all thinking.”
Meanwhile, Shannon Spence took it further:

If Stevi hoped for a redemption arc, fans aren’t giving it. “I don’t believe her!!” said Allessa Myers-and that sentiment echoed everywhere.
“She’s a manipulator 👎🏻🤪,”
“I can’t stand her,”
“She’s on the DL,”
“She’s trouble,”
“Refusing to answer is a BIG red flag,”
“She’s lying.”
It wasn’t just the delay in answering that rubbed people the wrong way. It was how Stevi treated the entire situation like a “game.”
“She seems so clueless at times,” wrote Donna Dove. “And then her light bulb comes on even though it’s still fairly dim. No big bright spotlights for her.”
