Due to the dramatic conversations between Peter and Hannah at the end of the premiere episode of the marathon, it only took a few minutes for the fans to catch the similarities with a famous movie couple.
It is clear that Peter and Hannah took a page straight out of the Nicholas Sparks novel-turned film The Notebook, because the two sounded just like Noah and Allie, played by Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams.
“Hilarious and accurate,” tweeted a fan. “Exactly what I thought,” another said. “Omfg, this is so painful, I’m gonna put my phone down legitimately because I can’t act.” Another added.
The original tweet that shows that Noah and Allie are arguing about what Allie wants has 6,5000 likes and almost 900 retweets so far.
We have to admit, the comparison is on the spot. Given Hannah B.’s confusing back and forth feelings for Weber, they couldn’t be more Noah and Allie than Gosling and McAdams himself.
