The ladies of The View may disagree with the camera from time to time, but behind the scenes they seem to get along.
The camaraderie was particularly evident in a backstage photo posted Tuesday on The View‘s Instagram account featuring co-stars Joy Behar and Whoopi Goldberg. In it, Whoopi is joking as Joy poses with her hand on her hip while wearing the white pointed heels of former co-star Abby Huntsman. Abby recently left the ABC daytime program after two seasons to help her father, Jon Huntsman Jr., run his campaign for governor of Utah.
Seeing the post, Abby headed straight to the comments section: “Now I know why I got a black eye every time I wore these babies! They’re all yours, my friend.”
Of course, the View-ers also enjoyed the special backstage shot. “Two icons! “, wrote a fan. “You guys are awesome!!!! Love Love Love your shoes,” said another one. Meanwhile, another fan commented, “I can’t get enough of you and Whoopi.”

“Sometimes we’re mad at each other, sometimes we’re not,” Joy continues. “Sometimes we like each other, sometimes we don’t, just like girlfriends.”
