Although the third season of 1000-lb Sisters has just begun, this new chapter in the Slaton family’s weight loss story has already proven to be one of the most dramatic so far.
Even though fans are only a few episodes into the final season, Tammy Slaton And Amy Slaton have wasted no time in getting to the core of their complicated situations. From disagreements over Tammy’s new boyfriend to the beginning of the rift in the Slaton sisters’ relationship, here are all the biggest revelations that have already come out of season three of 1000-lb Sisters.
Based on the way season 2 ended, it’s no wonder that season 3 is already one of the most compelling episodes of 1000-lb Sisters. Over the past two seasons, Tammy Slaton And Amy Slaton’s paths have diverged as the sisters make disparate progress in their weight loss endeavors.
At the end of season 1, Amy underwent bariatric surgery, and in the season 2 finale, Amy fulfilled her lifelong dream of being a mother with the birth of her son, Gage.
Unfortunately, Tammy Slaton has stumbled in her weight loss efforts. Unlike Amy, Tammy has not made much progress towards her goal of qualifying for bariatric surgery. While Amy has been enjoying the benefits of her gastric bypass surgery, Tammy Slaton has been distracted from following her diet and exercise plan.
1000-lb Sisters: Tammy Slaton And Amy Slaton Fight About Getting A Nurse
The Slaton sisters are no strangers to conflict, and unfortunately it only took a few episodes into the third season of 1000-lb Sisters for Amy and Tammy Slaton to get into a nasty war of words. After Tammy’s early departure from rehab, Amy and Chris tried to figure out how to ensure that their sister would stick to her weight-loss commitments. One suggestion the Slaton siblings agreed on was to hire a nurse to assist Tammy.
Unfortunately, Amy and Chris didn’t like Tammy Slaton’s suggestion, who felt that the siblings were not taking her opinion into account. This discussion turned into one of the most dramatic arguments in the Slaton family, as Tammy Slaton became angry and began to curse her younger sister. Amy finally decided to walk away from the table before the argument escalated. Although Amy didn’t fight back, she admitted that Tammy’s behaviour had hurt her.
