Shekinah Garner, a star of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way, has shared her plastic surgery journey. The 42-year-old reality star is known for her openness. She’s in the news again for revealing her latest procedures.
On Sunday, Shekinah Garner shared a Reel from her plastic surgeon, Dr. Mirza Firat, who operates out of Istanbul, Turkey. This time, she opted for a mid-facelift, an endoscopic brow lift, and a lower blepharoplasty to enhance her facial features.
Dr. Firat proudly showcased Shekinah’s transformation. Her results were “scarless,” just four days post-op. “The surgeon exclaimed in the video, ‘She looks magnificent.’ It showed Shekinah, with stitches and minor bruising, but she had changed a lot.”
Shekinah, thrilled with her new look, took to Instagram to thank Dr. Firat:
“I’m in awe at your skill at scarless facelifts, as the two I had previously in Beverly Hills left massive scars.”

Though just days into her healing, Shekinah Garner updated her Instagram. She praised her surgeon’s expertise.
“I’m thrilled with my new slanted eye shape,” she wrote.
The reality TV star revealed that she had struggled with a hollow under-eye area due to her cheeks separating from her orbital bone. After trying fillers and fat transfers with poor results, Shekinah decided on surgery.
Her Firat Lyft Type 1 and lower blepharoplasty have already given her renewed confidence, even though she hasn’t fully healed.

This isn’t Shekinah Garner’s first time enhancing her appearance. Over the years, she has had many procedures. They include multiple facelifts, brow lifts, blepharoplasties, lip fillers, and regular Botox. She also had two breast augmentations and three nose jobs.
In a 2023 Instagram Q&A, Shekinah explained her early start on plastic surgery. She cited “traumatic toxic” relationships and family issues that caused her to age prematurely.
When questioned about her love for cosmetic procedures, Shekinah was unapologetic:
“Looking ‘fine’ isn’t good enough for me, sorry,” she said.
