Tayshia Adams went to New York City Pilates studio SLT to tone, tone, tone. In the mirror selfie, Tayshia Adams was throwing her fingers at the “peace” sign as she knelt on the machine. She also showed off her long, lean body. Tayshia was wearing a red and pink sports bra and matching leggings as the outfit showed off her bare, toned abs.

In addition to her first social media post, Tayshia Adams also recently participated in her first public event. She attended the 35th annual Footwear News FN Achievement Awards in New York. According to sources, Tayshia has been doing well since her split from Zac.
